About the event

In this transformative workshop, we will explore the healing power of three ancient practices - drumming, yoga, and chanting - to help release stress, promote inner balance, and foster a deeper connection with ourselves and others.


DRUMMING

The act of drumming is non-verbal, yet profoundly effective at unlocking feelings and clearing emotional blockages. As the sound of the drum reverberates through your body, feel the release of stress and tension, inviting a sense of lightness and freedom.


YOGA

The practice of yoga brings us into alignment, physically and mentally, through mindful movement and focused breath. By centering ourselves in each posture, we create unity, both within our bodies and as a group.
