Cancellation Policy

1 - REGISTRATION & PAYMENT 1.1) Participants must complete registration and submit payment before attending any class. 1.2) Drop-in registration is available, subject to availability. 2 - PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS 2.1) Classes are open to adults aged 19 and older. 2.2) Participants must arrive on time and stay for the entire class. 2.3) The organizer may remove any participant engaging in disruptive behavior. No refunds will be given in such cases. 3 - EQUIPMENT USE & LIABILITY 3.1) Drums and necessary equipment will be provided unless otherwise specified. 3.2) Participants bringing their own drums are responsible for care and maintenance. 3.3) Damaged equipment due to misuse may result in a replacement fee. 3.4) The organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the class. 4 - HEALTH & SAFETY 4.1) Participants should inform the instructor of any medical conditions or limitations. 4.2) If discomfort or pain occurs, participants should stop immediately and inform the instructor. 5 - CODE OF CONDUCT 5.1) Respectful engagement with the instructor and fellow participants is expected. 5.2) Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. 5.3) Photography or video recording requires prior consent from the organizer. 6 - CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY 6.1) Cancellations 2+ days before the first session may receive a refund. 6.2) No refunds for cancellations within 2 days of the start date. 6.3) No refunds for missed sessions. 6.4) If the organizer cancels or reschedules, participants may choose a full refund or transfer to another session. 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT USE 7.1) Class materials, including lesson plans and exercises, are the instructor’s intellectual property and cannot be reproduced without permission. 7.2) Participants consent to photos being taken for promotional purposes unless they opt out in writing. 8 - MEDIA & PRIVACY 8.1) Photos and videos may be taken for promotional use. Participants grant permission for their image to be used unless they opt out before the class. 8.2) Personal information collected during registration is for program administration only and will not be shared without consent. 9 - AGREEMENT TO TERMS 9.1) By registering and attending the class, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions. 9.2) The organizer reserves the right to update these terms. Continued participation implies acceptance of any changes.
