WHY ATTEND?
If you’re someone who seeks authentic connection, enjoys trying new experiences, or wants to explore how rhythm can open up different ways of relating to yourself and others, this is the space for you!

ABOUT THE DRUMMING:
Drumming has been used across cultures and centuries as a tool for healing, connection, and celebration. In this session, the Djembe (African hand drum) becomes a bridge, connecting us to our breath, to the earth beneath us, and to each other. Through guided rhythm, improvisation, and shared pulse, you'll experience drumming not just as music, but as medicine. No experience is required, Taj's facilitation style is intuitive, inclusive, and heart-led. Whether you’re new to drumming or have been playing for years, you’ll find a welcoming rhythm to join.
WHAT TO BRING:
Just bring yourself but some optional items you may find useful:
Water bottle
Pen and paper for journaling
Your own drum (if you have one)

“This experience offers a chance to reconnect with yourself, explore rhythm, and connect in community.”
