Lyle Povah
Founder and President
Lyle, an international musician and endurance athlete, promotes well-being through music and movement. Nearly a decade ago, he merged drumming with running to create ROLS first fundraising initiative the Drum Run Adventure Tour. Having performed worldwide, his compassionate, heart-centered approach continues to inspire and guide the Society’s mission and activities.

Arin Veerapen
Vice-President
Arin is Principal and Technology Practice Lead at global executive search firm Boyden, leading mandates in technology, robotics, and venture capital. A lifelong musician and wellness advocate, he joined Rhythm of Life’s Board for its mission, bringing governance expertise and a belief in rhythm’s power to heal, connect, and inspire community impact.

Tajpreet Grewal
Secretary and I/Treasurer
For over a decade, Taj has served as a Primary Care Paramedic with BC Emergency Health Services, mentoring new medics. Since 2022, he has led nonprofit projects across Metro Vancouver. Joining Rhythm of Life in 2023, he’s contributed in many roles, driven by his passion for community wellness and music’s empowering potential.

Anne Foley-Saunders
Board Member
Anne, a Mental Health & Community Inclusion Support Worker with Fraserside Community Services Society, has over a decade’s experience supporting neurodivergent and marginalized individuals. Originally from the UK, she coordinated arts-based programs and holds a Business and Marketing degree. Passionate about music as healing, she brings expertise and enthusiasm to Rhythm of Life Society.
